This is one of 2 of my throwing star ideas, I havent followed these directions myself yet, so im just guessing they are reliable. lets hope i dont get anybody killed ok?
all you need for this is:
four steak knifes (wooden handles)
a brad (one of those things u use to hold papers together)
something to pull the knives apart with.
and some ductape or electrical tape!
Heres what ya do!!!
take the four steak knives and pull them apart from their handles, then, allign the little holes on the flat parts of the blades with the other three, make sure all the blades are facing to the right (or left if ur left handed)
stick the brad through the hole to make sure they stay together and split the end of the brad so the blades dont fall off of it. then, using the ductap, or electrical tape, tape the joint where they are held together. make sure they are some-what straight though, or it wont work as well. after it is made, u can throw it, it will probably be a bit heavier then my cd throwing star, so throw it harder, but to throw it, hold it to ur chest, bladed edge out, and toss it forward, slightly upward and quickly. it should fly right, if not, figure it out. im no rocket scientist.
