Film Reviews: German teenpic "Jargo" starts out as a classic fish-out-of-water story and slowly turns into a peculiar, fish-in-brackish-polluted-pond tale. Encompassing drugs, sex, racism and inner-city deprivation and yet doggedly moralistic, pic plays like an R-rated afterschool special. Pic lacks panache to cross over to arthouses or teens abroad.
