Film Reviews: An awkward blend of documentary and genre pic, "Red Trousers" bears the air of a feature cobbled together to salvage footage from a prior project -- in this case "Lost Time," a fantasy action B-pic. Its half-hour or so of routine content is interspersed between segs showing Hong Kong stuntmen at work and discussing their profession.
