USATODAY.com - Plastic surgeries abound, emotions run high, and plots are filled with twists in the new season of Nip/Tuck (tonight, 10 ET/PT), FX's drama that explores the intense, narcissistic and sexy world of two Miami surgeons, Sean McNamara (Dylan Walsh) and Christian Troy (Julian McMahon). Nip/Tuck was basic cable's No. 1 new original series when it wrapped its first season Oct. 21; it was named one of last year's 10 best TV shows by the American Film Institute.
