Film Reviews: Mischievous moppets give their babysitting auntie the runaround in gentle-hearted kid flick "Waterbomb for the Fat Tomcat," by Latvian helmer Varis Brasla. Although it touches lightly on adult themes, such as single-girl love angst and the strain economic migration puts on families back home, pic’s innocent humor will appeal to knee-high auds in same age range as its plucky young heroines, in dubbed versions. Within Latvia film has been a minor local hit.
